Kaiako who participate in this PLD will:
Develop skills in delivering structured literacy approaches through a Māori lens.
Build capabilities to integrate authentic Māori contexts, fostering connections for uri learning.
Gain confidence in using formative and summative assessment practices which value identity and cultural values.
Strengthen relationships with uri through meaningful learning conversations that celebrate progress and co-create individual uri learning pathways.
