HINEMOANA

"I’ve always been an independent person. But being in this kaupapa, and being around other kaiako or whānau within kura I’ve learnt to work with others. Not just with my kura or not just in my close circle but to reach out and be with others and learn from others. Koha atu, koha mai. I teach them and they teach me."

"I whakaaro ahau ko te mahi tātāriki he mea whakamahere rautaki, whakahaere rauemi, whakahaere tangata, whakahaere hui. I roto i tēnei kaupapa i ako ahau te hirahira, te tūāpapa o ngā uara, o ngā mātāpono ki tēnei mea te mahi tātāriki."
